Job Description:
Miwa Home Care is hiring an experienced and proactive Agency Manager to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee quality of care delivery. This leadership role is crucial in driving the success and reputation of our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily agency operations including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with IDPH, IDOA, and Medicaid Waiver Program regulations
• Supervise and support administrative and field staff
• Monitor performance metrics and manage audits
• Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and clients
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal training and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in home care or healthcare management
• Strong understanding of IDOA and IDPH compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in scheduling software, record-keeping systems, and Microsoft Office
